Sure, people could go from bank to bank and apply - even online, that's a big pain for most people. And if they're itching to close on a house, they're eager to get the loan process rolling. Not to mention all those loan applications aren't going to look very good on their credit report.

Their alternative is to work with a broker like you. To make sure your message gets heard, it should be a central part of all your communications with prospects. That means every phone call, every email, even any local advertising you do should tell your prospects about the convenience and value of working with a broker.

Think of it like this: you could promise low rates - then again, all the banks promise that too. But the banks can't promise greater choice. You can.
