Industry-Leading 10-Day Return Policy
Getting credit for bad leads shouldn't be a headache. That's why all our mortgage leads come backed by our no-hassle return policy.
We're devoted to generating quality mortgage leads. But even the toughest systems can't prevent the occasional invalid lead from slipping through. If it happens to you, just give us your feedback and we'll make sure you get the credit you deserve.
Providing Lead Feedback
At ProspectZone, we don't think of it as "returning" leads. We want feedback on all the mortgage leads you receive - good or bad - so we know which sources to crank up and which ones to shut off completely.
Use our Lead Feedback system to rate your leads.
- Positive feedback is used to rate sources and improve lead quality.
- Leads with negative feedback are manually reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. If it turns out the lead is invalid, you get credit. To be eligible for credit, you must provide feedback on a lead within 10 days of receiving it.
You can provide feedback through the BrokerOffice lead management system, included free with your account. It's as easy as clicking the lead ID, and telling us what you think about it. Get detailed instructions in our Frequently Asked Questions.
What Makes A Lead Invalid?
We credit leads that meet one of the following criteria.
- The lead has fake information. This could be a fictitious name,
or the lead mis-typed their address or phone number.
- A competitor
submitted the lead. At ProspectZone we have no patience for bogus
leads submitted by competitors.
- The lead isn't from your subscription area. Borrowers
from Arkansas don't do you any good if you only work in
California. Our lead filters are built to block leads from areas
outside of your market. If one does slip through, you are eligible
for credit.
- The lead is duplicate. Nobody should have to pay for
the same lead twice. If we send you a lead that is a duplicate
of another ProspectZone lead from the past 30 days - and
it's
for an identical mortgage product - you can submit it for
credit.
