What is ProspectZone?
ProspectZone is a nationwide distributor of mortgage and insurance leads. In addition to generating leads through our own consumer-oriented sites, we also distribute leads generated by our affiliates.

How does the ProspectZone affiliate program work?
ProspectZone affiliates generate leads through several online strategies - primarily search engine and email marketing. Affiliate leads are sold to ProspectZone on an exclusive basis.

Does it cost money to join?
No, joining the ProspectZone affiliate program is free. However, your membership in the program is subject to approval.

How much can I get paid as an affiliate?
Affiliate payouts depend on the volume and quality of leads generated. Currently, we are paying between $20 - $35 for refinance leads, $15 - $25 for home equity leads, $10 - $15 for new purchase leads. To date, our largest mortgage affiliate payout was $39,300 in a single month.

When will I get paid?
Payouts are made on a monthly basis. Because all leads are subject to a verification process, checks are sent within 10 days of the end of the month.

How are leads tracked?
Leads are tracked by giving each affiliate a unique ID. In addition, each lead is given a unique lead ID. And if you are driving traffic from sub-affiliates, those leads will have unique sub-affiliate IDs.

Will ProspectZone provide web elements to improve conversion?
Yes. ProspectZone can provide you with a library of graphic creatives and quote forms to improve conversion on your website. Qualified affiliates may be eligible for custom creatives at no charge.

Can I drive traffic from sub-affiliates?
Yes. For tracking purposes, each sub-affiliate will have its own unique ID.

Will ProspectZone accept any leads?
ProspectZone has strict criteria about what leads are accepted. Valid leads are genuinely interested in receiving a mortgage quote.

ProspectZone will not accept leads that are generated with:

Incentivized offers (free downloads or contests)
Ancillary offers (offers aimed at people seeking completely different services)
Co-registration (check boxes on forms for unrelated offers)

In addition, leads must have accurate information - including name, phone number, address, and financial info.
