When you partner with ProspectZone, every lead you're sent is
backed up by our return policy - just one of our 6
promises to
you.
We do everything we can to make sure you get a high volume of quality leads. But we know that invalid leads do slip through the cracks. When they do, you get credit. Here's how it works.
Lead returns are handled through the BrokerOffice lead management system. To return a lead, just select "Submit a Lead Recall" and provide the lead ID and a reason for the return. Step-by-step instructions are available in our Frequently Asked Questions.
Invalid leads should be returned within 10 days of getting the lead.
Returns are handled by our Quality Assurance department. Instead of relying on a computer program that arbitrarily rejects leads, they manually review the bulk of our lead returns. The only time leads are automatically rejected is when returns exceed your limit for the billing cycle. Your limit is based on your percentage of total leads, previous return requests, and the monthly industry average for returns.
If a lead is rejected, you can resubmit it for further review and possible credit. The lead return will be reviewed by Quality Assurance within a week.
An invalid lead isn't someone who isn't home when you call or decides to pass on your offer. To get credit, a lead needs to meet one of these criteria.
There's a lot of information floating around the internet. It's our job to sort the good stuff from the bad - not yours. So we'll never leave you stuck with a bad lead.
